Cura Decubitus™ Ultra
Cura Decubitus™ supports the body’s natural healing process—helping protect, repair, and restore skin affected by pressure-related wounds.
Bedsores, also known as pressure sores or pressure ulcers, develop when constant pressure on the skin reduces blood flow. This lack of circulation can weaken the skin and underlying tissue, leading to redness, pain, and slow-healing wounds especially in people who are bedridden or have limited mobility.
People who are bedridden, wheelchair-bound, recovering from surgery, wearing diapers, or dependent on caregivers are more prone to bedsores. These commonly occur on pressure-prone areas such as the back of the head, shoulders, elbows, lower back, hips, inner knees, and heels.
Cura Decubitus™ is a topical wound-care range developed to support the treatment and prevention of bedsores, pressure ulcers, slow-healing wounds, and non-healing external ulcers. It is available as Cura Decubitus™ Ointment and Cura Decubitus™ Ultra, which are used together for better results.
When used together, they work synergistically to protect and heal the wound at multiple levels.

I am using the Cura Decubitus Ointment as a preventative treatment for my relative. She is bedridden and has very sensitive skin. Since we started applying it after every change, we haven’t seen a single new breakdown. It’s thick enough to protect but doesn’t feel ‘gummy’ or hard to clean.
